With a passion for impeccable service and a keen eye for detail, Tommy Ridge brings an extensive background in event management and hospitality to his role as the Assistant Manager at our prestigious country club. With a proven track record of excellence, Tommy has earned a reputation for orchestrating unforgettable experiences for guests, ensuring seamless operations, and cultivating strong client relationships.

Prior to joining The Kahkwa Club, Tommy was the Assistant Director of Operations for an award-winning event decor and production company in Washington, D.C. where he managed a team of 20 professionals and outside contractors as well as oversaw office logistics such as payroll, warehouse operations, and inventory management. He began his career at another DC-based event agency frequently working for high-profile events like the Washington RAMMY Awards and the White House Correspondents Dinner.
