Jen attended the Pennsylvania Culinary Institute’s Le Cordon Bleu program in 2005 through 2006, obtaining an associate’s degree and graduating magna cum lade. To fulfill externship responsibilities, she worked at the Woodstock Inn and Resort in Vermont and was offered full time employment upon my externship’s completion. After two years, Jen relocated back to my hometown of Erie and joined the culinary team at The Kahkwa Club. Here, she has worked up the management ladder to my current position of Executive Chef. Jen has been both honored and privileged to work at Kahkwa for over nine years with the greatest team and family she has ever known.
