Food and Beverage Manager
Bryan Jones has over twenty years of experience in Food & Beverage management. Most recently, he served as Food & Beverage Director for six Avalon Golf & Country Club properties in the Warren, Ohio/ Sharon, Pa area. While there, he oversaw the opening of the fine dining restaurant Gatsby’s at The Avalon Inn. He also served as Avalon’s Wine Director.
Previous to Avalon, Bryan was the General Manager of Barrel33 wine bistro and Manager of Winestyles wine shop, both in Howland, Ohio. His other restaurant experience includes over ten years with Quaker Steak & Lube, working in bar operations, as well as working with the franchise opening team for new locations. Bryan worked as a General Manager for Perkins restaurants. He also spent eight years working in advertising sales.
Bryan graduated from Ohio University, Athens, Ohio with a degree in communications. He serves on the Board of the Meszaros Family Charitable Foundation, building on the legacy of Quaker Steak & Lube founder, Gary Meszaros.
Bryan loves to spend his free time at his summer home in Madison, Ohio.
